In Phoenix, those traditions continue, alongside new Southern Oregon farm dinners and Rogue Valley community events that reflect the region’s culture and abundance of character.
Every gathering celebrates resourcefulness and creativity: dishes built from the land, flavors coaxed from overlooked ingredients, and experiences designed to bring strangers together around a shared table, in hopes of creating new friends and new community.
